Bikram Yoga is a series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing techniques designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. Millions of people have experienced how these 26 postures systematically work every part of the body to maintain optimum health and maximum function. Although each posture focuses on a different system of the body, the Bikram sequence of postures work synergistically – each posture assisting with the next. During this 90 minute class, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body, giving you an incredible sense of well being.
